No Refunds:
All sales are final. Please make sure you’re happy with your selection before completing your purchase.
Exchanges:
If there’s a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
Custom Orders:
Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a defect.
