Once your order is placed, our small elves get to work! Please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare and package your items.

Shipping Rates & Options (Within Malaysia):

Standard Meow Shipping (0-1kg): RM8
Standard Meow Shipping (1-3kg): RM12
Standard Meow Shipping (3-5kg): RM18
Free Meow Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over RM100!

Delivery Time:

Within Malaysia: Your goodies should arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Local Pickup:

If you’re in the area, you can choose our “Meow Pickup” option at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, and you can swing by to collect it. No shipping fees, just purr-fect convenience!

Tracking Your Order:

Once your package is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your Pinkmeow treasures on their journey to you.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only offer shipping within Malaysia. We hope to expand our meow-gic worldwide soon!
